Hello, I’m Anusha Ranasingha, the founder and creative force behind Cakes by Anusha. What began in my humble home kitchen has now blossomed into an award-winning business, known for crafting luxury wedding cakes that blend artistry with flavour. With over a decade of experience and professional qualifications recognised in the UK, USA, and Korea, I am deeply passionate about creating bespoke wedding cakes that not only look stunning but also taste incredible.

When I’m not creating beautiful cakes, I love spending time with my family and friends, as well as my two sons (aged 14 and 24). I enjoy travelling, exploring new cuisines, walking in nature, and gardening. These personal passions deeply inspire my designs and flavours, ensuring every cake I create has a unique, personal touch.

One of my true passions and specialties is creating lifelike handcrafted sugar flowers. I absolutely love replicating the fresh blooms used in your wedding florals, ensuring that the flowers on your cake match the beauty of your arrangements perfectly. Each sugar flower is meticulously crafted by hand, capturing the essence of the flowers while adding a delicate, edible touch to your cake.

I also offer luxury cakes tailored to all dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free options, so no one has to miss out on the experience of a beautifully crafted wedding cake.

Collaborations with Prestigious Venues

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of Oxfordshire’s most prestigious venues, including Blenheim Palace, the Bodleian Library, and the Ashmolean Museum. I’ve also partnered with trusted suppliers to ensure a flawless experience from start to finish.
